The InstaClubHub Live event is for business owners and creators who are done guessing. People who want real strategies, real support, and real answers about how to grow on Instagram and build a business online. If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent, or frustrated trying to figure out the algorithm, content creation, or how to actually turn followers into customers… you belong here.
Our Live event is going to be the ultimate space for connection & community. Building a business on Instagram can be so lonely, but not in this room. Whether you’re a Level 1 Newbie or seasoned pro, you belong in this room!

InstaClubHub Live takes place September 11th–12th, 2026 at the iconic Statler Dallas, located in the heart of downtown Dallas. Pre-event registration begins Thursday September 10th and for the VIP Elite ticket holders your special exclusive dinner will take place. The official event will be held Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th. The event officially wraps Saturday night.
Some attendees do take late Saturday flights home, but most prefer staying the extra night so they can actually relax and enjoy the experience.
Does my ticket include the hotel?
No. Your InstaClubHub Live ticket includes all event sessions, experiences, and special events included based on your ticket tier.
Hotel and airfare are booked separately.

What are the ticket tiers?
There are three primary ticket levels:
- Elite VIP
- VIP
- General Admission
Each level includes different perks and experiences. Full details and pricing are available by scrolling up on this page.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.
Most people wear:
- Cute athleisure
- Casual-chic conference outfits
- Comfortable shoes
Elite VIPs should also bring a dinner outfit for the exclusive Thursday night dinner.
And yes… bring a sweater because conference rooms love to be freezing.
What about food, drinks, and coffee?
- Everyone has access to the hotel restaurants, café, and store and there are several restaurants, coffee shops and a food court within a 3 block radius of the hotel
- Elite VIP and VIP receive catered lunches both days of the event included with their tickets.
- You’re absolutely welcome to bring your own snacks and refillable water bottle.
Do I need to bring anything?
- Nothing fancy.We do recommend:
- A notebook or journal
- Pens
- Comfortable layers
- A refillable water bottle
- Your willingness to fully experience the event
Is there a Facebook group?
- Not a Facebook group, but we will have an InstaClubHub Live Event hub!After purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive an invite to the private attendee hub where you can:

- Help shape parts of the experience
What’s the refund policy?
I want you to feel good about saying yes… so here’s the deal.
You’ve got 30 days from the date you purchase your ticket to request a full refund. No hoops. No hard feelings. Just email us at support@instaclubhub.com, and we’ll take care of you.
After that 30-day window, your ticket is non-refundable… but it is transferable. So if life does what life does and you can’t make it, you can pass your ticket to a friend. We just ask that you handle the transfer by emailing us so we can get everything sorted on our end.

I’d need to take time off work.
Most people tell us it ends up being the best PTO they’ve ever taken.
We intentionally host ICH Live midweek because it helps attendees save significantly on flights, hotels, and overall travel costs when flying in on a Thursday and out on Sunday.
Can I stay at a different property or if I live in Dallas can I just come to the event?
You’re not required to stay on property, however, it makes everything much easier when your things are nearby. And, we have an amazing block rate just for attendees, so you probably won’t find anything cheaper or nicer than the Statler! What is the Post-Event Implementation Workshop?
Every ICH Live attendee will receive access to our Post-Event Implementation Workshop on October 6th at 10:00 AM PT. This live 2-hour workshop is designed to help you turn inspiration into action. We’ll walk through the biggest takeaways, strategies, and lessons from ICH Live and help you create a clear plan for implementing what you’ve learned.
Rather than leaving with pages of notes and wondering where to start, you’ll leave with a practical roadmap for your next steps, priorities, and action items so you can make the most of everything you learned at the event. Whether you’re attending General Admission, VIP, or Elite VIP, this workshop is included with your ticket.
While we highly recommend attending live for the best experience and results, a replay will be available inside the Event Hub for all registered attendees.
What is the Elite VIP Pre-Event Group Zoom?
1 hour zoom for hot seats, Q&A, general tips, and getting ready for the live event! Date & time TBD.
What is the Pre-Event meet-n-greet with other Elite VIPs?
1 hour zoom, without Brock (but an ICH Staff member will be present), to connect and meet other VIPs prior to the event. We will poll all Elite VIPers closer to the event to find the date/time that works best for the largest majority! Date & time TBD.
How do I claim my 1:1 with Brock?
You’ll receive an email mid-July with a calendly link to book your 15 min 1:1 coaching call with Brock! There will be coaching timeslots starting mid-July through early September.
Is there an event theme? What should I pack/wear?
Yes! We’ve put together some optional style inspiration for each day of the event. Participation is completely optional- there is no dress code, and you’re welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. These themes are simply meant to be fun guidelines for those who enjoy coordinating outfits or want help deciding what to pack and align with what Brock plans to wear!
Day 1: South of France Summer Chic
- Flowy linen or cotton midi/maxi dresses in white, cream, or soft pastels- breathable fabrics that handle heat while looking polished
- Strappy flat sandals or espadrilles for day, with a slightly dressier wedge or heeled sandal for evening
- Effortless, undone styling, think loose waves, minimal makeup, and a “looks easy but isn’t” vibe rather than anything fussy
- A light layer (linen blazer or wrap) for over-air-conditioned rooms, since indoor venues run cold even when it’s hot outside
Day 2: Business Casual (But Cute!)
- Tailored wide-leg trousers or a midi skirt in linen or a light neutral, paired with a tucked-in silk or cotton blouse, pulled together but still summery
- A relaxed blazer thrown over a fitted tank or tee- structured enough to read “business,” easy enough to keep it cute
- Pointed flats, low block heels, or clean white sneakers depending on how much you’ll be on your feet
- A wrap dress or shirt dress that hits at or below the knee- one-piece ease with a polished silhouette
- Refined accessories: delicate gold jewelry, a structured tote, and a tucked-in or half-tucked top to keep things looking intentional
Elite VIP Dinner (Thursday Evening)
For our Elite VIP Dinner, we’re leaning toward Business Chic.
Think professional and dressed up. Think: fancy dinner with friends.
Most importantly, these are simply guidelines for anyone who wants to participate or doesn’t want to think too hard about what to wear. There is no dress code, and you’re welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the event.
